turning into fall

It’s early fall and tonight is one of the first that there’s a cool, crisp chill in the air. I love the sunshine and vibrant green hues of the plants and trees that characterize the summer season, but early fall holds a special appeal for me. Part of it is that I’m a September baby (I just celebrated my twenty-seventh birthday last week), but aside from that I’ve always loved apple cider and pulling on a sweater in the evenings and the feeling of crisp leaves underfoot.  Here’s to this magical season.
